We appreciate our colleagues at Merit Management Group Inc., and often look for ways to show our gratitude for their hard work and can-do spirit. One of our favorites is by getting together as a team to celebrate for one reason or another (pretty much any reason will do). Of course, this time of year comes with a built-in party rationale: it’s the holiday season! Which is why we’re so excited to discuss our recent Yuletide event, which took place in Atlantic City.
Hand-selected team members had a chance to travel for this prestigious gala, which brought top producers together from all over the country. Not only was it a time for making merry, but the guest list made it a great networking opportunity, too. On top of this, there was an exciting raffle being held, with the proceeds going to support the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation.
Creating a supportive and empowering team environment is one of our top Merit Management Group Inc. priorities, which is why we take part in events like the Atlantic City Holiday Gala. When our people get a chance to spend time with one another away from the office in a relaxed setting, they connect on a personal level. This strengthens communication channels and camaraderie in the office, which increases overall morale.
